Clean, friendly and the location was perfect for access to USJ and the train station.

Great location but the issue with the sheets and pillows really made it a disappointing stay.

Blood stains on the sheets, very obvious and never should have happened. They were very quick to change and apologies though. Terrible pillows.

Breakfast buffet choices and food quality was really good worth the price. Lawsons which was open 24hrs was nearby.

Spotless hotel, close to metro and USJ

The property was located right next you USJ and the train station. We enjoyed the hotel theme and the staff was exceptional.

Close to Universal and subway line. Lawson’s on site. Because the hotel isn’t in City Walk, getting a snack when the park closed was not too busy.

No closet, room was small, normal for Japan hotel.

Great location for Universal Studios, right next to ferry terminal that takes you to the aquarium and shops, friendly staff, great amenities, they even had house slippers and pajamas for my 7 and 2 year old. Very clean rooms and they were comfortable in size. There is also a great breakfast buffet.

I like that it was right across Universal studios which is why I chose to stay there. We didnt have to take a train or bus to get there. Just walk there in five minutes and we are in the park. Universal city walk was near by too so the days we were not at the park we got food at the many restaurant across from our hotel. Hotel was clean and we each had our own bed. Lots of room for 4 people.

I liked everything about the hotel. It was nice and not to big or crowded. There was a boat dock outside by the hotel that you can take to go to the otherside of the lake where the Osaka Aquarium is.

We REALLY liked this hotel! Super close walking distance to USJ, but kind of on the outskirts so it’s not too busy. Everything was modern and clean. Convenience store on the ground level. Right across the street is the Universal City train station (but zero noise inside the hotel). Fronting the train station is a well-stocked taxi stand. Excellent, attentive staff. Signing up to transfer luggage to our next hotel was super easy and very affordable (approximately $44 USD for a carry-on suitcase and a huge duffel bag, all the way to Tokyo). Cute amenities in the room for kids (sponge, bath color dye, disposable slippers). Bottom line, we loved everything here and would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area.

Great buffet breakfast, location was excellent to access the theme park, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Room was quite small for the quad room, but adequate as we didn't spend too much time in our room.

Our room was very spacious, the staff was very helpful, the train station is about a 3 minute walk, overall great hotel the family and I cannot wait to come back

The breakfast is excellent, but you need to pay for it separately. The location is amazing. It is a few minutes' walk from Universal Studios and Universal City, which has many restaurants and convenience stores. Even if you want to get a train to Namba Street, it takes 16 minutes. The staff is very nice and is willing to assist with any issue. You have all room facilities near the reception and can take it for free.

Just the breakfast amount, which is expensive compared to food in Japan

The location was perfect for visiting USJ, the Expo and the Osaka Aquarium. We really enjoyed taking the ferry from just outside the hotel to the aquarium and back. The hotel design and layout, especially the 4-bed rooms was nice for families with older kids. Being summer it was good to be able to do laundry too.

Breakfast was pricy - especially when staying with a family for multiple days. A basic breakfast option for 1,000 yen would be appreciated.

Location was great. Staff was mostly friendly, except for one gentleman who was a little too prideful about his ability to speak English. I was taught to respect, and make an attempt to speak Japanese first, and not assume they can speak English. That seemed to annoy him rather than acknowledge my attempt to show respect, and treated me not so respectfully afterwards.

I did not appreciate the washing machines, and dryers. My clothes did not feel very clean, and drying took a really long time, with multiple loads of drying for nearly two hours. And guess what? My clothes were still not dry.

The hotel's decorations are fun with colors and kids-friendly. Rooms are tidy and clean, exactly what you'd expect. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Great value for a hotel next to USJ.

Coin laundry was constantly occupied during my stay, too few machines for too many guests.

Great location. It is right next to USJ and JR station. Room is spacious and nicely decorated. Bath area is very nice. Breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of choices including both Western and local favors. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a convenient store attached to the hotel.
